“We would recommend Village Fireplace to everyone. I’m sorry but we didn’t get the names of the guys that were out that very cold December day. They all did a fantastic job. Brandon was out the same day we contacted him to give us an estimate and the estimate was right on to what was quoted. The installers were kind and courteous even when I told them to leave their boots on. They explained everything to us. The girls in the office were great to. Answered any questions we had. We will certainly use Village Fireplace again.”

Impressed by such great customer service via the telephone , I decided to take a run down to Wyoming and low and behold, I was greeted by Crystal and Amanda who helped me hunt down the part that I needed.
