“We would recommend Village Fireplace to everyone. I’m sorry but we didn’t get the names of the guys that were out that very cold December day. They all did a fantastic job. Brandon was out the same day we contacted him to give us an estimate and the estimate was right on to what was quoted. The installers were kind and courteous even when I told them to leave their boots on. They explained everything to us. The girls in the office were great to. Answered any questions we had. We will certainly use Village Fireplace again.”
“I called the Village Fireplace Shop in search of a part I needed for an outdoor fireplace. Crystal answered the call proving to be quite resourceful and knowledgeable. Impressed by such great customer service via the telephone , I decided to take a run down to Wyoming and low and behold, I was greeted by Crystal and Amanda who helped me hunt down the part that I needed. Got home, replaced the part and this fireplace works better than it ever did. Thanks girls!”

My fireplace is better than I could imagine, the girls in the office were kind, welcoming and informative Camilla and Crystal. Tina and Amanda, thank you both for working around our busy schedules. Offering to come out to our home late more than once and helping me envision this job in detail. This meant so much to us . To the installers….WOW, you were professional, respectful, and detailed oriented on what steps you were doing next and making sure our little guy had a part of finishing up the final details.
